Order Confirmation:
Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This indicates we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have successfully processed the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@elitetheaterseating.com.

Free and Fast Shipping
All purchases ship free with curbside delivery within the contiguous United States. We will gladly ship to both Alaska and Hawaii; however additional shipping charges will apply. Learn more about our range of shipping and delivery options below, and choose the method that's best for you.
Curbside Delivery - Curbside delivery offers our best value; this service level ensures your items will be professionally unloaded from the truck and delivered to your curbside. This service includes a convenient delivery appointment set directly with the carrier, along with a 4-hour delivery window. This delivery option does not include bringing products into your home.
White Glove Delivery - We'll send a white glove delivery service that specializes in furniture to ship your order on a pre-scheduled date. A delivery specialist(s) will unload, haul, and place the item(s) in your room of choice. Additional services such as unboxing, packaging removal, and limited item setup are included as well (Please note that any electrical hookups such as plugging cords into the wall are not included.)
White Glove is the gold standard for those who appreciate the ease of a professional helping hand.
Transit Times
On average, in-stock standard shipment items are delivered within 7 to 12 business days from the time they ship out. Most deliveries are made 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, depending on your local terminal service hours. Once the items are shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. When your items reach your local terminal, the delivery company will call to schedule delivery.
Delivery Details
Our freight carriers will do their best to deliver your furniture to your accessible curbside area, however, they do have some minimal requirements:
- The street of access is at least 10 feet wide and the overhead clearance is at least 14 feet
- A street with no vehicle weight restrictions
- A street with commercial truck access to enter and exit
- A paved or concrete street that is not a gravel or dirt road
For White Glove Delivery the following also applies:
- Stairways, doorways, hallways, and turns be at least 36 inches wide
- A limit of two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
- Any existing furniture be moved by the delivery recipient
An accessible curbside area means there are no steps, a standard-length driveway, no sharp turns, no narrow or gravel driveways, and no other physical obstacles. If any of these situations are present, if you live in a gated community or condominium, or if your street is smaller than the limitations above, an additional handling charge may apply to meet your needs. Freight deliveries require that someone be present during the delivery and are made during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule your delivery appointment on a mutually agreeable date and time, generally within a 4-hour time window.
Once your order is ready to ship, you'll be sent an email with your shipping information. Any missed appointments or other delivery issues that are not the fault of the freight carrier may incur additional fees and will be charged to your account. Please note that Elite Theater Seating will not be held responsible for any in-home damages to floors, walls, or any other property issues caused by a delivery agent.
